Hello Backers.
We hope that you are all well and safe in this very uncertain time. It has been a very difficult situation for everyone and we are doing our best as a company to provide updates and information.
Our offices and warehouse are located in New York and due to the current Government mandated orders of a shutdown to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus, we have limited to no access to our physical warehouse. We know that there will be shipping delays and we do apologize as this Coronavirus is out of our control. The good news is that our manufacturing partner in China is back to work and currently making more product. Once we are able to go back to work in our warehouse, we will immediately begin shipping out perks to all of the backers.
We appreciate you backing our campaign and we ask that you please be patient during this current health crisis of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
We will keep you posted with any new information as it becomes available and thank you again for supporting our campaign.

Hello Backers!
Awesome Campaign! Thanks to you we had a successful launch of the Accusage Thermo 7 in 1 Hot & Cold Massage Wrap. We are so excited to bring the Accusage Thermo to you. Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus, we will have some delays in our shipping schedule. The Chinese government in conjunction with the World Health Organization and CDC are currently implementing widespread efforts to contain, quarantine and prevent the spread of the virus on a massive scale. Our China team is preparing to resume office work in Guangzhou on Monday, March 2nd, along with all other companies and factories in the Guangdong province, which have been shut down since the start of the Lunar New Year holiday (Jan. 25th). Unfortunately, this will impact our current shipping schedule to a degree. With that in mind, once the factory re-opens, we anticipate being able to start shipping by April.
The safety and well-being of our manufacturing partners and their families is our top priority. We will continue to be in constant communication with our manufacturing partners and suppliers – and will keep you all informed as information comes in.
We appreciate your continued support, patience and understanding. We look forward to getting the Accusage Thermo to all our backers.

Great News! We are so excited that so many of you helped us kickoff the Accusage Thermo campaign. The initial response has been fantastic. We have been working so hard to bring you our latest innovation, the Accusage Thermo 7 in 1 Hot & Cold Massage Wrap. We plan to be on target for the shipping process to begin in March.
